Hoffman's has been wonderful in taking care of all different kinds of insect problems and lately some mice. Our old cat just passed and I guess he was always a good "mouse catcher". We had never seen mice in the house before. Our Hoffman's technician came in, went up in the crawl space, set traps around, and then came back in a couple of weeks, and checked everything out. Before he left he told us to call if we had any other issues. The technicians are always very nice clean and courteous. Hoffman service was recommended to me a few years ago by a family who had had them for their home and business for a long time. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Always very considerate technicians. We began using Hoffman's in late fall, 2018 because of a growing ant problem from a very wet summer and fall. Not only did they take care of the ants, but we also have no issues with crickets, sprockets, or beetles!

I have a reoccurring appointment with Hoffman for my house. I needed to add fly care to order but the next visit was in a week. After speaking to someone on the phone, she was able to send me a reasonable estimate for the additional services and they were able to address the annoying fly problem at the regularly scheduled appointment. Hoffman’s services were exceptional! We had an ant problem in our kitchen, and since our first treatment, I have only seen one ant. Today was our follow-up appointment, and I haven’t seen any more yet. Ben was our exterminator, and he was exceptional as well! He thoroughly explained their services as well as fair prices. He was also safe and sanitary as he wore a full face covering while inside my house and was socially distanced when speaking to me. I would highly recommend Ben and Hoffman’s services!

I have been Hoffman's customer for many, many years. I have consistently found them to be very reliable, professional, and timely in responding to requests for service. I have a monthly contract with them and receive regular outside and inside services. Additionally, any time I have an issue, they will address that specific question with no extra charge. Most recently, we used the tech to service my home in Vernon. He is very professional, extremely courteous, and respectful of my property. He makes sure that my concerns are fully addressed and is very thorough in carrying out his responsibilities. He is very kind and a pleasure to have as my tech. I called their office after 3 pm on a Friday because we needed someone to come out right away. At first, we were told there were no appointments until Monday (as I expected), but we asked if they could try to come sooner since we had a yearly contract. Then, within 45 minutes of my call, a Hoffman's exterminator showed up at our door! Great service...thank you Hoffman's!

This is my second year using Hoffman's, and if I could give them more than 5-stars, I would. Their customer service is excellent. The technicians are some of the most knowledgeable that I have experienced. They taught me about the process and the chemicals that are used. They assessed our home and property and then treated them accordingly. I am severely phobic of things that crawl, and anyone who suffers from the same can understand how unsettling it can be to have such things lurking around. When Hoffman's treats my property inside and out, I am confident they have stopped my pest problems. What I can say is that my experience has been that nothing has returned unless it makes its way in through a door that is briefly left open. When Hoffman's treats my issues, they are resolved. They also provide ongoing treatments by the month to prevent a resurgence of pests. Oh, they also offer a service called Snake A Way. Self-explanatory!

Absolutely the best pest control company we've ever used anywhere! We had two prior companies over a one year period who could not even begin to affect pest control for us. All the techs seemed like newbies and really didn't know what they were doing, ie: putting down bait traps and chemicals for the wrong pests, applications that did not relate to or address the problems. Hoffman came in with tremendous experience and affected an immediate improvement. We've been with Hoffman for a year and we hardly have any pests now, I mean almost zero. The schedule and show for appts with integrity. Technicians are knowledgeable and listen carefully to what you have to say. If I could I would give this company 10 stars I would! Recommend most highly.

They are punctual and can answer all my questions. They do all three houses on the same day and call in advance to make an appointment. They spray the entire residence exterior to set up a barrier against pests entering. They then inspect the interior and place traps, sprays, and powders where needed. They also use insecticide dust on the exterior, over windows, under soffits, and porch ceiling areas to prevent insects, especially bees, from making nests. They will return as often as needed to solve a particular pest problem.
