Hoffman's key to success has been our ability to employ high quality personnel both in the field and in our office. Because of this success, we have grown into one of the areas elite pest control firms. With this growth have come job opportunities both within and outside our firm.

Over the last few years we have promoted two long time employees, Mike Jenzano and Paul Marks. Mike, a 13 year employee, is now our "Pest Control Specialist". His job is to ensure that our current clients have the service they need and to generate new sales through our extensive referral program and networking. Our other recent promotion is Paul Marks, who has been a service technician for the last 9years. Paul is now our full time "Quality Control Manager" and guarantees that our technicians are providing the service that we expect as well as providing safety programs and State compliance programs. Because of their dedication and fine working habits, it was obvious that these two individuals be given the opportunity to move up within our company and help us achieve a higher quality of professionalism.

Their well deserved advancements have left several job openings and we are now seeking individuals to come aboard Hoffman's as "Pest Control Service Personal".
