    Harry Yaeckel for passing the Core and 7A exams and being promoted to Tech I. Rafael Senior was also promoted to Tech I and Larry Maiorano was promoted to Training Tech II. Paul Marks, Bob LaRocca and Steve Fraizer all completed a two day WDIR training course and Sean Smith completed a DEP course in October.
